These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of shopsftpwr.com (the "Site") and to every purchase you make on it. The Site is operated by SFT PWR ("SFTPWR", "we", "us"), an online clothing brand run as a sole proprietorship from New Delhi, India. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which together form the agreement between us. Our store runs on Shopify.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens. Our prints are screened by hand, so small variations between garments are normal and are not defects. Sizes and measurements are listed on our Size Guide. Country of origin: India.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it. Before that, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock running out, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an address we can't deliver to. If we do, we'll refund you in full. Orders are for personal use, not resale.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept prepaid orders only, processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details. Prices can change at any time, but never for an order you've already placed.

5. Offers and discount codes

Offers and discount codes are valid for the period and on the terms stated with them. They can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless we say so, and they may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a code, for example by creating multiple accounts to use a one-per-customer code more than once.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy cover these. They form part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo or comment, it must be honest, lawful and your own. By posting it, you let us display it on the Site and on our social channels. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The SFTPWR name, logo, artwork, designs, photography and all Site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell any of it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site. That includes attempting unauthorised access, scraping, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders or impersonating anyone.

10. Third-party services

Payments, delivery, reviews and some other features are provided by third parties such as Razorpay, our courier partners, Shopify and Judge.me. Their own terms apply to those services.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going further, please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem. Subject to your rights to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.

14. Grievance Officer and contact

As required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer at teamsftpwr@gmail.com (subject line: "Grievance"). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
